Tmall Global is a cross-border e-commerce platform owned by Alibaba. Launched on February 19, 2014, it is headquartered at No.969 West Wenyi Road, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. It mainly supplies genuine imported goods directly from overseas to Chinese consumers.
As of 2022, Tmall Global served consumers from over 200 countries and regions with more than 300 million registered users. By November 2023, it had established six overseas direct procurement centers worldwide, boasted bonded warehouses covering an area of over 1.7 million square meters and more than 1,300 international import routes. It ranked first in China's cross-border import e-commerce market with a market share of around 40%.
On April 17, 2025 local time in France, Tmall Global was awarded the Medal of the Bordeaux Left Bank Knights. As of January 2026, more than 40,000 brands from over 110 countries and regions worldwide have settled on the platform.
